  • Led integration of new webinar platform, Sequel.io, with multiple tools in our Martech Stack ensuring a seamless registration, tracking, and promotion workflow among multiple MarTech tools

  • Secured industry experts and real customers as featured speakers to enhance content credibility

  • Paired blog content pre and post webinar to drive registrations and repurpose insights within our Resource Hub

  • Collaborated cross-functionally with Marketing Ops, Social, Partner Marketing, Product, Content, and Creative teams to coordinate processes around promotion and creation webinar assets across multiple channels

PROJECT DETAILS:

  • Webinar Program Strategy: Built and managed a recurring, expert-led webinar program to address shop pain points with actionable insights, live product demos, and real customer stories

  • Speaker and Attendee Engagement: Sourced shop owners, business coaches, and influencers to lead high-value discussions. Provided live poll questions, discussion topics, and Q&A segments to drive attendee interaction

  • Platform Integration: Transitioned from Zoom to Sequel.io for a more cohesive experience; executed full integration with existing Martech stack (Hubspot + WordPress)

  • Content Amplification: Shared blog content and take-home guides and templates tied to each webinar topic, boosting both pre-event engagement and post-event value

  • Cross-Functional Execution: Partnered with internal teams to ensure unified messaging, strong promotional reach, and high-quality creative assets
