GOALS:

Owned and optimized the marketing website to drive new and returning user traffic, generate new shop sign-ups, and support full-funnel growth through data-driven strategies across content, SEO, and paid media.

DELIVERABLES:

  • Managed all aspects of website using WordPress, focusing on branding, value propositions, UX, and performance optimization

  • Consistently planned, communicated, and collaborated with external web development vendor team to ensure projects were properly executed on both the front and backend of the website

  • Orchestrated the launch of pages containing key content assets including:

    • Brand new homepage, resource hub, 10+ feature pages, demo page, and partner spotlight pages

  • Leveraged SEO keyword strategy on high-traffic pages and blog content

  • Implemented first A/B tests, improve site architecture and technical SEO (redirects, page load speed, indexing) with the support of external partners

  • Resulted in a 70% YoY increase in organic traffic

PROJECT DETAILS:

  • Created and executed a structured roadmap for website improvements, prioritizing each with current marketing goals such as new shop sign ups, SEO visibility, and reducing number of unqualified leads

  • Focused on intentional content expansion to enhance new user and customer journeys, including the launch of feature-specific pages and a resource hub to build trust and generate brand awareness

  • Leveraged behavioral analytics (Crazy Egg) to identify drop-off points and optimize page layout, CTAs, and content placement accordingly

  • Oversaw entire web publishing workflow from wireframes and mockups in Figma, to launch, in collaboration with our creative team

  • Managed external partnerships for web development and technical SEO, resulting in improved site speed, search rankings, and overall UX
