GOAL:

Enhanced brand awareness and accelerated qualified lead conversion through strategic planning and execution of high-impact events and partner-driven experiences, while optimizing budget and vendor relationships.

DELIVERABLES:

  • End-to-end management and execution of multi-day conferences, trade shows, virtual, partner, and client-facing events at multiple organizations and across a number of industries

  • Strategic allocation and oversight of a $30K+ annual event and swag budget

  • Development and execution of co-branded events with various partner marketing teams, driving increased co-selling opportunities

  • Management of rebranding initiatives, integrating brand messaging into all event touch points

  • Creation of a streamlined event marketing process collaborating with multiple teams, boosting qualified lead conversion

PROJECT DETAILS:

As part of the marketing team, I led the strategy and execution of a diverse event portfolio focused on creating memorable experiences. I was directly responsible for planning logistics, managing budgets and vendor relationships, attendee promotion and follow up, and integrating brand storytelling.

I executed events in collaboration across many teams and ensured alignment with overall marketing and sales goals. My efforts contributed to an increase in both qualified lead conversion and co-selling opportunities.
